Theophilus is an alumnus of University of Ibadan, where he graduated in 2018/2019, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2020.

He has displayed a fast-growing level of interest and proficiency along the lines of Legal-Tech, Tech-Law advisory, Corporate finance, and Regulatory Compliance.  He was part of the 2nd Cohort of our Associate Development Program.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Associate (Abuja) Branch.
